1. How do I register to FxErvin's Forex Signals Account?
First of all visit Signals Account page then fill in the registration form.
Note: Make sure you are registered with one of our Forex brokers and have a MetaTrader4 account.
2. How will I know when a new signal is released? Will I receive any notification?
You will receive all new signals and all signal updates on your mobie devices with FxErvin Android application and your e-mail address. So won't miss any signal and signal update.
3. How often will you publish forex signals?
As often as possible. You should expect a new signal every hour on CET time. Whenever there is a new fresh signal, it will be instantly posted and sent directly your mobile device and your Email Address.
4. How much money do I need to start trading?
You can start trading with just 1$. The amount you invest is up to you and it depends on the Forex broker you choose to work with. We provide you with the signals and you can use them on a forex account with a balance of any amount.
5. Which currency pairs do you give signals for?
We will give signals for EUR/USD, GBP/USD, USD/CHF, GBP/JPY, USD/CAD, CAD/JPY, EUR/AUD, GBP/CHF, EUR/JPY, CHF/JPY and NZD/USD.
6. Which trading platform should I use to receive the signals?
We recommend you to use MT4 Platform but in order to use FxErvin signals package, you are free to use other platforms as well.
7. I have an existing MT4 trading account; do I still need to open an account with your preferred broker?
We highly, recommend to choose one of our partner brokers in order to execute our cooperation safely. However, we do not limit our clients, thus, if you already have an account with a forex broker that provides MetaTrader4 platform, you can execute your further trade with your broker.

9. Are payment methods safe and secure?
Yes, making payments is absolutely safe, private and secure. All transactions are executed using Secure Socket Layer technology, ensuring that your personal information is safe.
10. How do I make payments by Credit Card?
To make payments using a Credit Card, please click the “Credit Card” option and your payment will be utilized immediately.
In case your payment request is not approved, you will receive an notification.
11. How do I make payments by Wire Transfer?
In order to make payments via Wire Transfer, the following procedure should be undertaken: Click on the Wire Transfer option then Choose the currency and the amount, click Next.
(For different currencies different details will be available, make sure your chosen currency and the further details coincide.)
Print out the Wire Transfer details.
Go to your bank and implement your Wire Transfer.
Your bank will issue a SWIFT document of your transfer.
After transferring the funds please send a scanned copy of the SWIFT document to email@example.com
Note: Wire transfer deposits can take 4-7 business days. Your payment will be marked successful once the transfer has been confirmed by our bank. The rate will be calculated on the day the deposit was processed to your account.
